FIFA 25 ratings: every Argentine in the top 100

Who climbed, who slipped, and the surprise of the year.

EA Sports has published the FIFA 25 ratings, and Argentina is, predictably, well represented.

Lionel Messi tops the global list at 92, edging out two perennial rivals by a single point. Julián Álvarez jumps four points to 87 on the back of his Atlético season. Emi Martínez stays put at 88, the joint-highest rated goalkeeper in the game.

Surprises? Enzo Fernández is down one point, a decision that has already caused outrage on Argentine football twitter. Cristian Romero, however, climbs to 88 and is now the highest-rated centre-back in the Premier League.
